1. Personal data controller

2. What data we collect

The proftools.asia website does not use personal accounts. Personal data is collected only when you submit a request for a commercial offer:

  • name;
  • phone number and/or email address;
  • company name;
  • the content of the request.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Handling incoming commercial requests and orders.
  • Communicating with prospective and existing customers.
  • Preparing commercial offers and supply contracts.

Data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Their Protection” of 21 May 2013. Consent is given by voluntarily completing and submitting the form.

5. Retention period

Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until consent is withdrawn. Once the purpose is achieved, the data is destroyed or anonymised.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Disclosure is possible only in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with the data subject’s explicit consent.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or destroyed, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@proftools.kz.

8. Data protection

The controller takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.

9. Changes

The controller may amend this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
